how can you get the first 12 digits of your prepaid gift credit card if you lost it ?
i recently bought an item from ebay and it was not like the description so i returned it and i got a message saying ive been refunded so i went to my history on my paypal account and i want to send money to someone but it says that i should re add my card but i only know the last 4 digits but i dont remember the other 12 and i threw away the card so is their a way for to get the 12 digits?
